Great looking and flying model. I have flown both single and clustered versions. A true workhorse that can flown for pleasure or to carry a payload. Super easy to build, yet challenging enough to be fun! Highly recommend this for both static display and true to life flights!
Great rocket and quality. Great price. The screwing nosepiece needs to be improved as it can seperate at the seem causing breakage. Though this can be repaired. This is a problem with any printed part. Max Q gives quick response and awesome replacement policy at no cost to you. David B.
The rocket took approximately 2 weeks to arrive after ordering. It came well packaged and in good condition. Overall, I found the rocket to be made out of VERY thin material. It makes for a pretty good static display model, but I would definitely NOT recommend ever actually launching it. It is very fragile. It did show up missing one part (long black raceway piece), but because it's located in the back of the rocket and I'm using as a static display, it was ok.
While it may seem thin and fragile, it is designed to be flown many times and has been flown by many different people. I'd encourage you to give it a try!
As for the missing piece, we'll get this sent to you right away. Any time something is missing or broken we'll replace it right away. Don't hesitate to contact support in the future and we'll make it right.
For shipping, our shop was closed down for the end of June and we had a notice at the top of the site informing of delayed shipping and had corresponding delivery estimates. Normally we try to ship next day but you caught us right in the middle of when we couldn't do that.
